Terms of Service
Last updated 30 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Kyde. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask us before you agree to it.
1. The agreement
This is an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Kyde Digital Pvt Ltd, 2nd Floor, Ofis Square, The Iconic Corenthum, Plot No. A41, Sector 62, Noida 201301, India (“Kyde”, “we”). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What Kyde does
Kyde connects to your marketing platforms, analyses the data, and proposes actions. Some of those actions can be executed on your connected accounts — but only after you approve each one. Kyde does not take irreversible action on your accounts on its own initiative.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your team members and clients you invite
- You must have the right to connect each data source you connect, and to let Kyde access the data in it
- One person per login — do not share credentials
4. Plans, trials and payment
- Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled
- Prices are listed on our pricing page. Indian customers are billed in INR with GST-compliant invoices through Razorpay; international customers are billed in USD through Stripe
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions keep their price until the next renewal
AI credits are included with each plan and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. See Pricing for current limits.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Kyde to:
- access data you have no right to access
- break the terms of any platform you connect (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Shopify and others have their own rules, which continue to apply to you)
- resell raw access to the platform, or scrape it, as distinct from using our white-label features to serve your own clients
- reverse engineer the service, or probe its security without our written permission
- send unlawful, deceptive or abusive content through our alerting and reporting features
We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.
6. Automated actions — read this one
Kyde can pause campaigns, run agents, send reports and make similar changes on your connected accounts. Every such action requires your explicit approval first.
You remain responsible for the outcome of actions you approve. Our recommendations are generated by AI from the data available to us and can be wrong, incomplete, or based on stale data from a platform's API. Review what you are approving, particularly where money or live campaigns are involved. Kyde is a tool for your judgement, not a replacement for it.
7. Your data
Your data stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you — storing it, processing it, and sending relevant parts to our AI providers to generate your results. We do not use your data to train AI models or to build a product for anyone else. Aggregate, fully anonymised statistics that cannot identify you or your clients may inform public research such as the India AI-Visibility Index.
Details of what we collect and how to delete it are in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party platforms
Kyde depends on APIs we do not control. Platforms change, deprecate and rate-limit their APIs, sometimes without notice. We are not liable for a connected platform's downtime, data accuracy, or decision to restrict access, though we will work to restore any connector that breaks.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service on standard plans. Maintenance, upstream provider outages and incidents happen. Enterprise agreements may include a specific SLA.
10. Liability
Kyde is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
- You may cancel at any time from the billing page, or delete your account outright
- We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or for non-payment, with notice
- On termination your data remains exportable for 90 days, then is deleted
12. Changes to these terms
We will email account holders before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Kyde after that date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not, cancel before then.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement between the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration is New Delhi, and the proceedings will be conducted in English.
Subject to the above, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Either party may still approach a court for urgent interim or injunctive relief.
